Bail Reduced from $1,000,000 to $55,000 on Humphrey Bail Motion

Our client was being held on felony charges at $1,000,000 bail, which neither he or his family could afford. After filing a motion to release him on a lower amount of bail and argument by counsel, the client was released on $55,000 bail and made it home for the holidays with his family. Bartell, Hensel & Gressley filed an amicus curiae brief on the In re Humphrey case, and is intimately familiar with the law regarding bail.
